Navs Partner With Vincent Bianco CateringLYNN, Mass. -- The Futures Collegiate Baseball League’s North Shore Navigators are excited to launch a new partnership with Vincent Bianco Catering to manage all concession stands and event catering operations at Historic Fraser Field during the 2020 season. Vincent Bianco will serve as Concessions Manager for the Navigators as his Peabody-based catering company plans to feed thousands of hungry baseball fans with a new and expanded menu during all 28 home games this summer. President and General Manager Derek January made the announcement on Friday. “One of the first priorities when we bought the team was to find the right company to handle our concessions, and we’ve found that with Vincent and his team,” January said. “Vincent and the Bianco Family are synonymous with great food and service. We are committed to offering a place to see quality baseball with great food at a reasonable price and know that Vincent will bring great culinary ideas suited for baseball games. We look forward to a long-lasting partnership with Vincent Bianco Catering.” Bianco has been involved in the culinary world for his entire life and spent the last five years growing his own catering business north of Boston, working events of all sizes and gaining clients such as the Boston Bruins and Donnie Wahlberg. As a kid, Vincent sold his family’s product ― the Boston staple, Bianco & Sons Sausage ― outside of Fenway Park before and after Boston Red Sox games. The upgraded concessions menu at Fraser Field will include fresh, high-quality hot dogs, hamburgers, Bianco & Sons sausages and much more. Fans can also expect rotating specials and themes such as “Taco Night” and “Barbecue Night” throughout the season. Vincent Bianco Catering is also excited to offer specialty packages for all group outings and an all-you-can-eat buffet one hour before every game. Hamburgers, hot dogs, steak tips, drinks and traditional baseball snacks like popcorn and Cracker Jack will all be among the specialty options for Navigators fans hosting birthday parties and group events of all kinds. “I have a long history with sporting events and concessions dating back to selling sausages with my family outside Fenway for years, so I am very excited for the opportunity to partner with the January Family and the Navigators,” Bianco said. “Being able to represent not only their team and my business but the entire North Shore is special to me. We’re going to make sure to give fans the best, highest-quality products at an affordable price every night.” The Navs are now preparing for the 13th season of collegiate ball at Fraser Field and their ninth in the Futures League. The 2020 opener is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27. Until then, stay up to date on the latest Navs news by visiting nsnavs.com and following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. |
