The North Shore Navigators are hiring a pitching coach and graduate assistant coach for the 2022 New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) season. 

 

The team is looking for experienced coaches to work under one of the best summer collegiate league head coaches in the country. 

 

Duties include: hitting I/O, throwing BP, providing support and leadership to the players, planning practice and game strategies, and managing pitching staff. Trackman and Synergy experience is a plus. 

 

This is a great opportunity to build a resume for future coaching opportunities at the college and professional levels and interact with scouts from all 30 MLB teams.  

 

These assistant coaches will also direct the Navs' Field of Dreams Baseball Clinic.
