North Shore Cancer Walk/Run Appreciation Night with the Navigators

Come on out Saturday, July 7th to Fraser Field as the Navigators take on the Torrington Titans for the North Shore Cancer Walk/Run Appreciation Night.  The night’s purpose is to raise cancer awareness, show our appreciation for all of the Cancer Walk/Run participants and to celebrate cancer survivors.

During and before the game we will have special activities to honor cancer survivors and fighters.  During the pregame ceremonies we will have a cancer survivor/fighter parade on the field.  We will also accept nominations of cancer survivors to throw out an honorary first pitch.  Also all of the Navigators players will be wearing special tie-dye uniforms that will be auctioned off, with proceeds going to the fight against cancer.
