Our internships are your pathway to a career in sports. Former Interns are employed by the Nashville Sounds, Omaha Storm Chasers (both Triple-A baseball), and the Milwaukee Brewers (MLB).

FULL-TIME PAID INTERNSHIPS (2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

Dates of Service—May 13 to Aug 13

Interns will assist in all aspects of the day to day operations of the team. This includes Stadium Operations, Food and Beverage, Promotions, Game Operations, and Group Sales.

Interns work every home game (28), plus selected non-game days.

Interns are also responsible for working at non-Navigators events at Fraser Field. These are “extra” events and some of these would be additional compensation.

An in-person interview is required for these two positions.

$1500 stipend for the summer.

GAME ENTERTAINMENT INTERN

Home games only (must report 90 minutes before game time).

Responsible for all music, sound effects, etc., at home games using our music system.

Requires two days of training in late May.

An in-person interview is required for this position.

Compensation is $250 for the season.

SIDELINE REPORTER

Hoping to be the next ON-AIR personality at ESPN? This position does pre- and post-game features that air on our social media, plus other press box duties (as required).

Position works every home game.

An in-person interview is required for this position.

Compensation is $250 for the season.

EVENT STAFF (12 POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

Be a part of the crew that puts on the show.

You will work in all of the following areas:

  • Gate Management ( ticket selling and taking)
  • Scorecard and 50/50 sales
  • Merchandise/souvenir sales
  • In-game, on-the-field promotions
  • Other duties as required by special promotions and events

Commitment—every home game (must report 75 minutes before game time).

A phone interview is required for these positions.

There is no compensation for these positions.
